EDIT: Drew Iralbe turned in the fifth panel. When half of the audience tells me that I have "forgotten" the horn from a skull that never had a horn, there's probably something wrong. I hope it's clear now that he's handling two different skulls. (Mooseneck's nose profile or Rummur being half busted wasn't enough. I apologise for the confusion.)
/Edit.

Note to self: Anthills take forever to draw.

It's been a while since the last time a page was this tricky to figure out, this is the third version of this one. Hope I managed to make it flow better now (it used to be real bad, it was drawn in the morning hours of my and my friend's personal 24 hour comic marathon, so my brain wasn't really functioning that well anymore).

Reference used: Hamlet, my raccoon dog skull.

Wurr stuff © me stuff.

Just rereading Wurr looking for the bird Hafmar caught (in relation to the newest page, 211) and I don't know if anyone said this already, or me, but...

Is that a large anthill that is covered in ants, or is it a hill made of ants? :o (Eek)

Question: did they put the skulls in the anthill to clean them off ? Just curious, because I don't think their faces were just skulls when they were found.

very fast they only need a few minutes to clean off bones and with the amount shown even less time...i kinda watched a show that involved bone cleaning with ants they used very few and still didnt take long i think it was dirty jobs

I feel the that skull in the last pane does not match the previous three images on it. The bridge of the nose is very crooked/risen while the last seems very normal like a coyote's skull. I don't know that this is important enough to redraw the image but I wanted to bring it to your attention :)

I'm eager to see what's next!

It's still hard to see that there are different skulls.. cause you don't pay much attention to Iralbe in the 5th; I guess it would be better to show more of the second skull in 1.&2. panel?

The skull in the third panel does not have a horn. There are two skulls in this page, one with a horn an one without.

In the last frame, does the skull have a horn on one side? I don't see it in any of the other frames. I love how you do textures, they're all so real, but still in an individual style. It's great. :]

I wondered the same thing at first, but I think they did multiple skulls? They did the process to each of their friends and put them all up as a marker.

Perhana, en vaan voi lopettaa kattomasta tätä sarjaa ja kokoajan vaan menee jännemmäksi. XD
Olen katellut uusia sivuja säännöllisin väliajoin kaikessa hiljaisuudessa ja tää murkkukekotemppu kallolle on aivan yliveto...etupäässä siksi koska se on niin tuttu metodi mullekkin.

Awesome comic, keep it going and I'm watching! Skulls rules.

Sad page, however :/ and yeah, as many have pointed out, it required some thinking to realize there were two different skulls on this page. Other than that, the flow is nice.

Poor fellows. I do hope they figure out how to stay safe before whatever-it-was comes back.

And that's a cool custom, to put up the skulls as memorial-markers. Makes me think a little of "air burial" and other ways to give the dead back to nature.
