Little white catcher

Excuse me for the rather horrible photo. This little bugger consumed few hours of my yesterday evening, so I thought I could as well share it.

I have some random small bones hanging around my appartment, and I've wanted to make something from them. Then yesterday I got this brilliant idea that instead of doing something I should be doing, I want to make a dreamcatcher. And I did.

Made of bone (mink, I suppose), feathers and real human hair. Mine. And I shall never do this again. Human hair isn't really meant for this kind of stuff, it took me over two hours to make the web alone, I snapped the hair three or four times and it just generally wasn't co-operative. But hey, I did it! (The web is made of two individual hairs, the ring is five ribs glued together.)

No humans were harmed in the making of this.
(Not physically anyway, the state of my mental frustration doesn't count.)
