God of Forests

I would have liked to use the title "Metsäin Jumala" for this, but since DA doesn't like Finnish letters Ä or Ö I had to translate it.

In ancient times before preachers came and brought their christianity to the northern land of Finland our forests had two ruling animals, two lords of wild, bear and elk (that's moose for you American people). They were both worshipped by Finnish people, and I thought that what would be better for a great god of forests to be like than a elk-horned bear.
And it also connects two "real" forest gods, the horned god Cernunnos of Celtic people and Tapio, the bear king of my own cultural inheritage.

I first designed this to be a bit darker and more dramatic, but then I wanted to test how my markers would look like on colored paper so that kinda limited my plans. Looks pretty good, neh? Like the bear itself, it's completely drawn with markers except the white highlights and the bit of green in the eye.

(Psst, what's the difference between the words "horn" and "antler"? I've seen both used, but I'm not entirely sure of their difference in what they mean.)
